Welcome to mrsmeyers Retail. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mrsmeyers Retail governing your access to and use of our website mrsmeyersell.shop (the “Site”), and your purchase of any products or services from us. By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or make a purchase from mrsmeyers Retail. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete; and (c) safeguard your account credentials and notify mrsmeyers Retail immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. mrsmeyers Retail reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

Descriptions: mrsmeyers Retail strives to display product descriptions, images, scents, sizes, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (including in packaging or lot formatting) may occur, and we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is complete, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at the time of checkout are the final prices. Prices exclude applicable sales taxes, duties, and shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping location.
Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, mrsmeyers Retail will notify you and offer a choice of substitute, partial refund, or full refund.
Errors: In the event of a typographical, photographic, or pricing error on the Site, mrsmeyers Retail reserves the right to correct the error and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund if payment was already processed.

4. Orders, Payment & Acceptance

Order Submission: When you place an order, you receive an automated order acknowledgment email — this does NOT constitute our acceptance of your order. mrsmeyers Retail reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or issues identified by our credit/fraud department. Our acceptance is complete only when we ship the product (for physical goods) or confirm via email that a service has been fulfilled.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and such additional payment methods as may be displayed at checkout from time to time.
Billing Authorization: You authorize mrsmeyers Retail (or its designated payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees. If your payment method is declined or fails for any reason, we may attempt to re-process payment, cancel your order, or contact you for an alternative payment method.
Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any applicable state and local sales taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or import fees associated with your order, as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Briefly:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
Standard shipping is free within the continental United States and takes 3–7 business days for delivery once shipped.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from mrsmeyers Retail pass to you upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. Any damage or loss occurring in transit is subject to the carrier’s claims process; please contact us promptly so we can assist with filing a claim.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Briefly, mrsmeyers Retail accepts returns of unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery, with exceptions for opened items in cases of skin irritation or sensitivity. 7. Limited Product Warranty

mrsmeyers Retail warrants that every product we sell will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery. If a product you purchased from mrsmeyers Retail fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, mrsmeyers Retail will, at our option, either (a) replace the product at no charge, or (b) refund the full purchase price. This limited warranty does NOT cover damage from misuse, accident, improper storage, normal wear and tear, dilution with unauthorized products, freezing, or excessive heat exposure. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the defect.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by mrsmeyers Retail in connection with the products. Except as expressly stated above, mrsmeyers Retail makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

8. Skin Safety Disclaimer & Non-Medical Use Statement

IMPORTANT — Please read before use:

Patch Test Recommended: Our products contain essential oils and plant-derived ingredients that, while generally mild, can cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in a small percentage of users, especially those with known fragrance or botanical allergies. mrsmeyers Retail recommends a patch test before full use: apply a small amount of the product to the inner elbow, wait 24-48 hours, and discontinue use if redness, itching, swelling, or irritation develops.
Avoid Contact: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
External Use Only (unless product label indicates otherwise): Household cleaning products and liquid hand soaps are for external use only. They are NOT cosmetics, body lotions, or personal care products intended for ingestion or application to open wounds.
NOT a Medical Product: No product sold on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or medical disorder. Statements about essential oils, plant-based ingredients, or aromatherapy benefits are for general educational and sensory enjoyment purposes only and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you have a specific skin condition, allergy, or medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any new product.
Keep Out of Reach of Children & Pets: Some products, if ingested in quantity or used unsupervised, may pose a risk. Store all cleaning products in a secure location.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, trade dress, photographs, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of mrsmeyers Retail or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Site content without the prior written permission of mrsmeyers Retail.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site, you agree NOT to:

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion for any reason.

The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, applications, or resources, and content provided by third parties (including user reviews). mrsmeyers Retail provides these links and content as a convenience and does not endorse, approve, verify, or make any representations about third-party websites, services, or content. Your access to and use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and privacy policies. mrsmeyers Retail is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from or related to your interaction with any third party.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL mrsmeyers Retail, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “mrsmeyers RETAIL PARTIES”) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTION BETWEEN YOU AND mrsmeyers Retail, EVEN IF THE mrsmeyers RETAIL PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL, CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE mrsmeyers RETAIL PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (INCLUDING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO mrsmeyers Retail FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the mrsmeyers Retail Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees), arising out of or related to: (a) your breach or violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (b) your User Content; (c) your access to, use of, or misuse of the Site, products, or services; (d) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you.

15. Termination

mrsmeyers Retail reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate these Terms and your access to or use of the Site (including your account) at any time, for any or no reason, including if we believe you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9, 13, and 14) shall survive termination.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Racine County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by mrsmeyers Retail of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach or default, or of any other provision.

18. Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Accessibility Statement, and Product Authenticity Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and mrsmeyers Retail with respect to your use of the Site and products, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. mrsmeyers Retail may update these Terms from time to time; the most recent version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
